Uraian Tugas

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Handle annual marketing plan independently, establish a business key system indicators, build brand reputation and promote product sales from a functional/storytelling/series perspective, increase repurchase rates, and be responsible for sales growth indicators

2. Responsible for market trends, conduct competitive product analysis regularly, responsible for user needs of the market, optimize the balance of supply and demand, adjust marketing strategies and coordination with the execution team, follow up the implementation, and implement testing and follow-up results

3. Responsible for user analysis of the brand's business growth, combining user research and data analysis, dismantling user public channels and private channels, the user needs and behaviors in different regions, export the valuable analysis reports, linking business parties and products on both sides and promote business growth

4. Collect and summarize market data, investigate consumer behavior, analyze and capture market trends and trending products, combine brand strategies, explore creative points of products, find breakthroughs for brand/trending product, increase product sales, and optimize customer acquisition methods and costs

5. Communicate marketing and brand building information, control the recommendation and changes of marketing plans, improve the effectiveness of product marketing and strengthen positive feedback from promotion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Users of IG, Tiktok, and YouTube, familiar with the ecology and traffic methods of overseas social media platforms

2. Love fast-moving consumer goods and familiar with the business model of the retail industry/fast-moving consumer goods industry

3. 3 years or more of brand planning/product marketing experience, good aesthetic vision, excellent copywriting planning capabilities, unique insights into creativity, and good strategic thinking;

4. Have strong market analysis, marketing, promotion capabilities and good interpersonal communication and coordination skills;

5. Proficient in graphic design tools such as office, PS, AI, PR, etc. Candidates with drawing ability will be given priority

6. Priority will be given to those with popular content or product incubation experience;

7. Bachelor degree or above, relevant majors (such as marketing, media, etc.) will be given priority; those who are fluent in English and can speak Chinese will be given priority
