PT PMA NextGen Service Solutions, a rapidly growing e-commerce company entering the Indonesian market, is currently seeking a dedicated individual for a dual role as Executive Assistant and Shopee & Tokopedia Marketplace Administrator. Based in Bali, we are in the exciting stage of launching our sales, with many opportunities to pioneer and resolve tasks for the first time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating interactions with marketplaces, fulfillment, and logistics companies.
- Providing customer support through Tokopedia and Shopee chat systems.
- Assisting in contract negotiations and sourcing relevant contacts.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Managing product assortments and filling product detail pages.
- Monitoring sales and compiling reports.
- Tracking inventory and managing warehouse stocks.
- The Executive Assistant role also includes assisting in personal task management.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes.
- Previous experience with E-commerce and marketplaces is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, including online services and spreadsheet management.
- Personal computer or laptop is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational and planning abilities.
- Residing in Bali with the ability to meet in person in the Kerobokan area.
