Executive Search Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Job Descriptions:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels, i.e job boards, referrals and new social media
• Create and update job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the client's needs
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with the client's values and culture
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think creatively, develop innovative recruitment strategies and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to be placed in Gandaria, Jakarta Selatan
