Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any major (transportation, logistics, or management)
- Having experience in EXIM, Forwarding, Custom Clearance & Import Documents is an advantage at least 5 years.
- Must be Fluent in English.( Can speak mandarin is a bonus)
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Ms. Excel)
- Familiar with ERP systems (such as SAP), IT Inventory, or Ceisa 4.0, and TPB modules such as BC 2.3, BC 2.7, BC 4.0
- Have experience working in Bonded Zone
- Preferably have a Customs Certificate
- Feeling confident in communicating with customers or customers
- An active and positive mindset is a must
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for all export and import activities in accordance with applicable government regulations and SOPs and Understand export and import procedures and regulations.
- Arrange shipping schedules with forwarders and send shipping instructions to the Factory
- Create VR, VO and other documents for the Inspection process until getting the Surveyor's Report and goods insurance
- Prepare custom clearance documents such as SKDO, LOI, power of attorney and others
- Process PIB, billing payments, SPPB and monitor the process of releasing goods to their destination.
- Create costing of shipping costs both by sea and air
- Conduct certification processes such as SNI, SKEM, PI and others
- Reporting Import-Export activities to relevant agencies such as the Ministry of Trade, Inatrade, BKPM and INS
