FACILITY LEADER (AEON Store Sentul (Bogor))

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical, Facility Management, or related field.
Proven experience in facility management or a similar role, with a strong
understanding of facility operations and best practices.
Able to read working drawings and facility plans
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively
manage a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
Certification in Facility Management (CFM) is a plus.
Able to speak English
