The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of manufacturing operations within the facility. This includes production planning, quality control, staff management, and strategic decision-making to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
* In charge of factories operational and improvement
* Make production plans and tasks, arrange and control the progress of production operations
* Track the production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, and complete the production target on time
* Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality within budget.
* Monitor standard operation methods to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the production site
* Fully control, process and coordinate the personnel management of the production, warehouse and distribution department
* Responsible to cover all factories for production expansion
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field.
* At least 5 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry with a proven track record of successful production optimization
