Uraian Tugas

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote FEED INGREDIENTs and achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including feed manufacturers, livestock producers, and distributors.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare sales reports to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, business administration, or related field.
  2. Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management in the agriculture or feed industry.
  3. Strong understanding of FEED INGREDIENTs, nutritional requirements for livestock, and feed formulation principles.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
