Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote FEED INGREDIENTs and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including feed manufacturers, livestock producers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare sales reports to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, business administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management in the agriculture or feed industry.
- Strong understanding of FEED INGREDIENTs, nutritional requirements for livestock, and feed formulation principles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
