FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX MANAGER

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting or equivalent

Experience Minimal 5 years in the same field, preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Accounting or equivalent

Experience in operating Accounting Software eg: VHP, Accurate, SAP and Ms. Office well + Willing to learn custom accounting software

Required Skills: Financial reports, Analyzing financial data, Auditor, Budgeting

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Master of Laws relating to the financing, corporate taxes and its calculation

Have a high level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness in all financial records.

Have strong problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve complex financial issues and provide creative solutions

Fluent in Indonesia & English

Effective communicator, able to explain complex financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Honest, disciplined, responsible

Have leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Able to adapt to changing circumstances and regulations, and continuously learn and grow
