Finance Business Partner - Lazmall & Marketplace-Indonesia

Team and Role Introduction:
As a Finance Business Partner at Lazada Indonesia, the role is to provide support and advice to business from a financial perspective. The role will report to Head of LazMall FBP with high level responsibilities as follows:

• Business partnering: Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performance
• Performance management: support BU to manage performance of BU, support key initiatives, and projects
• Reporting and analysis: Report and benchmark BU performance across countries
• Projects: Drive finance and planning projects (process improvement, automation.)

Job Responsibilities :
Role scope includes the following (but not limited to):
**Business Partnering**

• Drive monthly BU performance dialogue with BU management
• Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topics
• Track performance of sellers for standard schemes: Commission rebate, Exclusivity
• Build dashboard for Brands ROI on platform for performance review to facilitate business decision

**Performance management**

• Supporting key initiatives of brand days, super brand days, super new openings.
• Review R&O relating to brand investment and growth
• End to end partnering in business strategic planning in assortment planning, pricing and promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly P&L analysis by total company & BUs level to identify Risks & Opportunities
• Take lead finance side to advise biz team on new campaign initiatives by working with related Finance function (Tax, Accounting and Treasury)
• Review contract from Finance perspective

**Reporting and analysis**

• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actuals
• Partner Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S management
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the BU
• Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Bachelor Degree (knowledge of Accounting is a plus)9+ years of financial/business analysis working experience
• Interest in e-commerce business
• Willing to be hands-on and advanced proficiency in Excel is a must
• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

• System-savvy (preferably knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, C++, Python)
• Experience in working with large data sets (preferably knowledge of one or more of the following: Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI)
