Job Descriptions:
- Analyzing business processes: Analyze and understand the current business processes within the organization. Collect and review data and feedback from various sources to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the current processes.
- Developing and implementing new processes: Develop new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Work with various stakeholders to ensure that the new processes are implemented correctly and are effective.
- Managing projects: Review various projects related to process improvement and efficiency.
- Providing training and support: Provide training and support to employees as new processes are implemented. Ensure that employees understand the new processes and procedures and can effectively implement them.
- Monitoring performance: Monitor the performance of the new processes and procedures to ensure they meet the intended goals. Track and analyze data to identify any areas that need further improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that the new processes are integrated effectively across the organization.
- Conduct thorough assessments of business processes, financial systems, and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities, financial risks, and compliance issues.
- Evaluate finance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Staying up to date with best business practices and technological developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Accounting / Management will provide the necessary background to thrive in this area.
- A minimum 4-5 years of audit experience in a reputable MNC would be advantageous.
- Candidates with experience in process improvement/management, manufacturing, or Consultant Company are also encouraged to apply.
- Problem solver with attention to detail, strong analysis, and research skills. Good time management to handle various projects promptly.
- Familiar with spreadsheets, flowchart tools, and other business process analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems would be advantageous.
- Good communication and writing skills to produce presentations and reports. Strong spoken and writing skills in English are a must.
- Willing to be relocated or placed in Batam.
