Job Description Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Job Description: The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at AirAsia will play a crucial role in coordinating with the management team to prepare the corporate budget and align it with the business plan They will be responsible for various financial tasks, including preparing and managing reports, forecasts, budgeting, cash flow projections, and conducting ad hoc analyses The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to translate their vision into a financial forecast, ensuring departmental dependencies are understood and considered

They will also be responsible for preparing presentations for CFO, CEO, shareholders, and stakeholders Responsibilities: Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including operating statistics, financial ratios, income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow, as required by the CFO, CEO, and shareholders Prepare rolling forecasts and budgeting for profit/loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, as required by CFO and regional finance team Collaborate with business partners to understand their vision and incorporate it into financial forecasts and budgeting, considering departmental dependencies Manage cash flow projections to effectively monitor liquidity, interest rates, and foreign currency. Conduct ad hoc analyses, such as new route studies, data reconciliation, and validation of various data sets, to provide insights for informed business decisions Prepare decks and presentations as required by CFO, CEO, shareholders, and stakeholders Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

2. Excellent skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance 4. Excellent knowledge of financial statement analysis and financial modeling

5. Strong analytical and corporate finance skills 6. Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines 7. Dynamic and flexible hardworking professional

8. Ability to drive results and deliver on multiple tasks 9.
