Responsibilities :
- Become a business partner for other department providing essential analysis on actual trend & KPIs
- Managing reporting : comparing actual vs budget with explanatory analysis for improvement
- Review store performance compare to IRR & feasibility study and analyze for variance
- Manage for any adhoc analysis including reconciliation and validation a variety of data sets and information to inform business decisions
- Prepare pre & post project appraisals
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- More than 5 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis position
- Strong business analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English
