Finishing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the finishing work on construction sites, ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and subcontractors to ensure that all finishing work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage a team of finishing workers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that work is completed to the required standard.
• Ensure that all finishing work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, and that all workers are trained and equipped to work safely.
• Keep accurate records of all finishing work, including materials used, work completed, and any issues or delays encountered.
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure that all finishing work meets the required standards, and take corrective action as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, answering any questions they may have and keeping them informed of progress on the project.
• Identify areas for improvement in the finishing process, and work with management to implement changes that will improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing and leading a team of finishing workers
• Have knowledge of different finishing materials and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
