FMCG Operational

Job Description:

1. Monitoring all store activities to ensure compliance with company rules or SOPs.

2. Analyzing product movement in the store (fast/slow-moving products), Ensuring product availability in the store.

3. Creating promotions to increase store sales targets.

4. Responsible for store expenses (sales recording).

5. Accountable for store sales targets.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree Management, Economic or equivalent

2. Min experience 5 years in FMCG operation : Having a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the retail industry (Minimarket/Hypermarket) or fast-food restaurant.

3. Possess knowledge related to operational flow in FMCG (Fast- Moving Consumer Goods).

4. Have strong analytical skills.

5. Demonstrate good communication, leadership, managerial, and negotiation skills.
