JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end to end Foom brand store and kiosk in specific area nearby your location (We will start in big cities NATIONWIDE)
• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of Foom's product 
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about Foom and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with Foom consumer-centric principles 

YOU ARE:

1. Diploma/Bachelor Degree
2. Confident and charismatic, with excellent communication skills
3. Organized and have sales/retail sales experience are prefered
4. Willing to be assigned in a retail store within same city in Indonesia
