Foreman Assembly Department (Ngawi)

We are looking for a talented and proactive Foreman - Dept. Assembly to join as part of the largest OEM toy manufacturer subsidiary in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of the production manager and senior company management, responsible for leading the overall work of the Assembly Department; organizing and supervising all workshop employees to fully complete various tasks within the scope of their responsibilities.
Responsible for organizing systems, implementation, inspection, supervision, and control of various management mechanisms in the Assembly Department.
Responsible for organizing production according to the production plan, completing tasks on schedule, and holding regular weekly meetings for the Assembly Department.
Responsible for coordinating and handling abnormalities in production; when problems are identified, promptly organize the relevant department to resolve and address issues, report difficulties to the Deputy Head of Production in a timely manner for assistance.
Responsible for coordinating the calculation of labor costs to ensure accuracy.
Responsible for coordination with management to conduct inspections, assessments, and evaluations; ensuring all work can proceed effectively.
Responsible for setting departmental work goals, timely planning and organization, guidance, coordination, inspection, supervision, etc.
Responsible for promoting and implementing sustainable and effective 5S operations in the department, regularly inspecting and guiding the implementation of relevant tasks.
Allocate human resources reasonably in each workshop of the Assembly Department to maximize their value.
Fully support factory inspections, inventories, and other work.
Develop annual staffing and recruitment plans for the department, recommend performance assessment plans, as well as salary and benefits plans.
Complete various tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
High school education or higher, aged 30-45 years.
Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience In Toy Production Management Is Preferred.
Have good data collection and analysis skills in the production process.
Responsible for formulating departmental production plans, standardizing production operation processes, assessing the performance of subordinate personnel, and improving efficiency.
Distribute department plans, organize and implement them, regulate processes, schedule employees, control production progress, and complete production tasks.
Willing to undergo a 6-month training period in Vietnam.
