Foreman Painting Department (Ngawi)

We are looking for a talented and proactive Foreman - Dept. Painting to join as part of the largest OEM toy manufacturer subsidiary in Southeast Asia.
Job Description:
Responsible for production management, quality management, equipment maintenance, and more. Familiar with product inspection procedures and performance testing methods. Able to independently read drawings and create prototypes.
Familiar with manufacturing technology and spraying processes, paint spraying, and the printing of pads/jigs/fixtures for plastic toys. Also familiar with manual spraying, paint spraying production processes, and equipment adjustment.
Responsible for formulating production plans based on production schedules, allocating work reasonably, and improving work efficiency. Independently solve technical production problems. Capable of organizing production rationally and formulating production processes. Conduct cost analysis and cost control, as well as lean production management with the goal of minimizing costs.
Responsible for strengthening supervision of production plan implementation and timely handling of various issues during the production process.
Responsible for organizing daily production work rationally and tracking and supervising the entire production process of department employees.
Responsible for collecting and summarizing production data, organizing regular production meetings to summarize production situations. Responsible for reviewing production reports from time to time in work management, analyzing people, machines, materials, the environment, methods, and improving production processes based on on-site production management conditions to increase management efficiency and ensure stable work quality.
Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system operations and internal quality system audits, skilled in implementing 5S activities, timely analysis, and improvement steps.
Responsible for organizing material production and controlling and managing material losses to reduce cost wastage in production. For different production work relationships in the department, create production plans for each, organize production tasks, output requirements, and quality requirements for each group of technical personnel. Determine if quality targets are met and take preventive measures for production operations.
Responsible for departmental performance management systems and related regulations, formulate plans and progress assessments for each subordinate group, track data collection and assess individuals, and summarize performance results. Improve the performance of each assessed group that has not achieved indicators to promote goal achievement. Provide guidance, improve skills, and conduct performance skills training on all issues in performance assessments until they meet standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school education;
Have 1-3 years of management experience in the field of plastic toys, painting workshops, or pad printing workshops. Applicants with experience in injection painting in automatic production lines will be prioritized.
Familiar with control procedures and management plans for each link in the production process;
Familiar with the production process, operating procedures, and principles of painting and pad printing production;
Familiar with the repair and maintenance of related machinery and equipment and printing, able to repair molds and spray guns, create spray samples, and mix paint according to composition;
Have good planning, organizational, and leadership skills;
Have good communication, coordination, analysis, assessment, and adaptability skills.
Willing to undergo a 6-month training period in Vietnam.
