Role Overview:
​​​​​​​Populix is currently seeking six skilled freelance researchers for an upcoming study titled "Employee Wellbeing - Emotions at Work." This project is expected to span 1.5 months per person, and incentives will be provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and translate questionnaires based on research objectives.
2. Monitor daily activities and track progress of respondents in relevant companies.
3. Send timely reminders to respondents to encourage survey completion.
4. Summarize collected data on daily activities and targets effectively.
5. Assist with any additional administrative tasks necessary during the study.
6. Willingness to travel to the Jabodetak or Bandung area to conduct research.

Requirements:

1. Minimum graduate degree in Psychology.
2. Dedication to monitoring respondent activities daily.
3. Prior academic research experience preferred.
4. Reside in the Jabodetabek or Bandung area.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
