Vacancy Announcement: Front Office and Reservation Positions
We are looking for talented candidates to join our team as Front Office and Reservation staff for our hotel in Nusa Penida - Bali. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related education.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the Front Desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests.
- Dealing with guests, including handling complaints.
- Troubleshooting emergencies.
- Being able to work with the hotel Reservation system / PMS.
- Having prior experience or able to learn some of the basic e-commerce tasks like managing OTA’s through the channel manager, setting up packages/promos in the booking engine.
- Being able to quickly reply to inquiries through different channels like email, telephone, WA, social media, etc.
- Having a sales mindset, looking for ways to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Being accurate in creating daily reports.
