Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and managing inquiries efficiently. Additionally, you will perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Job Qualifications :
Strong interpersonal abilities and a friendly demeanor.
Own a Diploma of any field.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Professionalism and a positive attitude, with a willingness to provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
