Uraian Tugas

Our company is looking for general admin position with requirements below:

Responsibilities:
1. Assisting manager in the daily operational management in the office, including but not limited to the managing office equipment and supplies, and scheduling.
2. Assisting manager in administrative logistic, such as document processing, and archive management, etc.
3. Manage front desk reception, phone calls, emails, & visitors professionally.
4. Assist in organizing & scheduling meetings, ensuring smooth proceedings, and preparing relevant documents and reports.
5. Provide effective communication support, assisting in resolving internal and external administrative issues.
6. Assisting manager in completing other ad-hoc tasks, responsibilities, and ensure on time completion.

Qualifications:
1. Female candidates preferred, Male candidate with good experience will be considered.
2. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in all majors candidates with relevant work experience are preferred.
3. Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for higher salary negotiation.
4. Mature organizational and coordination skills, multitasking effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
7. Enthusiastic, proactive, and with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
8. Ability to remain mature in workplace and possess problem-solving skills.
