Responsibilities :
- Ensure the effective and efficient management of travel arrangements for employees and visitors, such as flight ticket issuance, ferry bookings, hotel reservations, cash advances, etc.
- Ensure the effective and efficient management of transportation, reception tasks, visitors, meeting rooms, etc.\Guarantee the smooth and effective management of transportation, reception responsibilities, visitor coordination, and the utilization of meeting spaces.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of office stationery, facilities and more
- Perform the standard maintenance of company buildings, areas and facilities.
- Handling general administration, including inventory management, maintenance of office equipment, and arrangement of other facilities within the building.
Requirement :
- Male / Female, age max 35 year old
- Candidates must have a Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor's degree
- Have 1-2 years of career as General Affair
- Prefer fluent in English and Mandarin (Vocal and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Placement in Batam, so domicile in Batam would be much preferred
