General Information:Ensure a smooth Project Completion of GIS Projects as per project plan in Particular GIS from HPSI Install-Base. Site Project Execution and carry the mission of the organization on Revenue, Cash Collection and Margin as per budget. Ensure all Site Documents related Installation and Testing are completely signed by customer and the Project are as per HE Plan and Quality as well as HSE standard. Keep a communication / relationship with Customer and liaise customer when there is an issue.
Your Responsibilities:Field Service Engineer within PGHV Project Natures (GIS, Service) with target set, ensure the Quality and zero tolerance in Safety and provide a valid data on Site Project Status, Progress, Issue and Measures taken on weekly basis.
Tackle an effective communication internally and externally with customers based on company interests. Provide support technically and/or operationally to other team members to ensure the projects are on track and ensure all site activities are according to Project Manager Plan.
Align the Project Execution with Company Compliance Policy and the company ambassador in front of customer and escalate internally when there is an issue raised that need management decision.
Financial: Support the Project Revenue and align with organization target, responsible and consider the site project budget set during site execution and support PM Team for P&L of the projects (Overall).
Good and effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both writing and speaking), familiar with PLN Unit Environment and nature of project communication, act and on behalf of PM during Site Project Meeting and Coordination.
Ensure safe working procedures and practices are followed at all times including the wearing and maintenance of assigned Personal Protective Equipment, attendance at required health, safety and environment training, report injury, incidents, hazards and near miss events. Model safe work behaviors in all aspects of work and actively identify hazards and risk controls.

Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5years working experience and at least 3years in GIS Site activities (with specific product on GIS HPSI Install-Base).
Communicative, Good Inter-personal communication, having ownership and showing leadership capability.
Knowledgeable in Substation Apparatus (GIS), MS Office literate, Competence Certificate in GIS.
