Go Based Developer

Requirements :

1. Proficient in Go for backend development, with a strong track record of maintaining and improving existing systems.
2. Experience with Next.js for front-end maintenance, demonstrating the ability to manage and enhance user interfaces effectively.
3. Adept at utilizing AI tools for code analysis and bug detection, ensuring quick and safe resolution of issues.
4. Capable of coding new features safely, ensuring seamless integration without affecting existing system operations.
5. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires interaction with various stakeholders in a self-developed environment. Candidates who are not confident in their communication abilities may not be well-suited for this position.
6. Commitment to writing well-commented code, facilitating long-term maintenance and smooth transitions for future developers.
7. A deep understanding of the job search site system and its business processes will be highly beneficial, indicating the ability to apply technical solutions within a complex commercial context.

Required Experiences :

1. At least 3 years of experience with Go and Go Echo framework, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and capability in utilizing the language for effective system development and maintenance. This includes a solid grasp of Go’s syntax, best practices, and its application in building and enhancing backend systems.
2. Proficient in making screen design changes and maintaining front-end applications using Next.js. This includes a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Vue, and React, showcasing at least 3 years of experience with front-end technologies and design principles to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
3. Over 3 years of development experience within Docker-based environments, highlighting proficiency in containerization technologies and their role in streamlining development workflows.
4. At least 1 year of experience with systems operating on AWS, showing familiarity with cloud services and the ability to utilize AWS to develop scalable and resilient web applications.
5. Experience with GitHub Copilot, reflecting an aptitude for utilizing AI-powered coding assistants to improve code quality and efficiency.

In addition to these requirements, candidates who also demonstrate the following skills and experiences would be highly regarded:

1. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, indicating the ability to automate the development processes for increased efficiency and reduced errors.
2. Knowledge of secure coding practices, and understanding the importance of developing applications with security in mind to protect against vulnerabilities.
3. Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), showcasing a commitment to quality and the ability to write code that is both reliable and easier to maintain.
4. Experience with AWS CloudFormation, showcasing the ability to define and deploy infrastructure as code (IaC), which simplifies the provisioning and management of AWS resources. This skill is crucial for creating reproducible and scalable cloud environments.
5. At least 1 year of ands-on experience with AWS API Gateway and Lambda, indicating proficiency in developing and managing serverless architectures. This includes creating scalable and efficient microservices and APIs, leveraging AWS services for enhanced application performance and reliability.
