What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the store Goods Flow administration tasks that include goods receiving, in-store goods replenishment, ordering goods replenishment, and maintains accurate and consistent stock of inventory processes.
- Perform effectively the store Goods Flow operations and especially the administrative tasks that support an efficient Goods Flow process.
- Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximize product availability for customers.
- Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building.
- Contribute to optimized Goods Flow operations in the store by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples.
We want you to be a person who:
- Experienced and understanding in how logistics works in operations.
- Interested in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishings.
- Ability to apply and take personal initiatives and well organized.
- Experienced in following action plans and working methods through guidance from managers.
- Computer literate especially operation the Ms. Excel and experience with computerized inventory system.
- Ability to make things happen in a fast-paced retail environment and use technical equipment.
- As you work in Bali, good communication in English will be needed.
