Head Accounting

Job Description : 

The incumbent is responsible for handling and controlling all of company's financial aspects in an effective and efficient manner.  This includes :

1. Managing and controlling company's cash flow, which includes incoming and outgoing flow of funds, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
2. Reviewing and preparing company's financial performance reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Budgets)
3. Organizing financial data into usable information and maintaining updated records including accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions, ensuring all financial information is recorded accurately
4. Overseeing every process of collecting and analyzing all corporate finance, accounting, and tax information
5. Participating in tax checking and assessment
6. Implementing Finance, Accounting, Tax policy and procedures in accordance with the company's target
7. Provide required reports to the President Director and Owner.

Qualification:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• minimum age 40 years old
• At least 10 years of working experience in related fields is required for the position, 5 of which in a managerial position
• In depth understanding of finance and accounting systems, including outgoing and incoming cash flows
• Strong management skills in handling cash flows, budgeting, risk, audit, tax, and making informed strategic decision in relation to business plan
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to increase cost efficiency in handling company's cash flows
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, to convey complex information in a clear manner to team members and other stakeholders
