Overview:
As the Head Branch of Eighteen Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our flagship coffee shop location. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage a team of staff, ensure the smooth running of daily operations, and drive sales and profitability.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop or similar setting.

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of baristas, supervisors, and support staff.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure staff members deliver high-quality service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction.
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
2. Operational Oversight:
- Ensure that the coffee shop operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis, meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
3. Customer Service:
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty.
- Solicit and respond to customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
4. Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize profitability.
5. Financial Management:
- Monitor expenses and manage the budget effectively to optimize profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
