As the head of corporate finance, you will be the key-personnel in leading the fund-raising, merger & acquisition, refinancing, debt restructuring, and providing insights and strategic initiatives within the firm.

Description

• Perform initial due diligence, evaluation and execution of M&A and other investment opportunities
• Actively in the deal sourcing activity, deal structuring as well as fund raising
• Oversight of transaction due diligence
• Execute financial due diligence projects on both the buy- and sell-side
• Determine appropriate valuations of investment projects through detailed analysis (e.g., modelling ROI, IRR, payback period).
• Key-personnel and be the liaison with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transnational goals
• Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements

Profile

• Hold degree in Finance, Business Administration, or MBA
• Minimum of 10 years+ of experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
• Exposure to financial services industry, especially to fin-tech will be a plus.
• Deal sourcing as well as execution in Indonesia is a must
• Great stakeholder management
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, and due diligence is a must
• Result oriented, and organised, can prioritise effectively and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
