Responsibility:
- Achievement of monthly sales consistent with budget objectives, inclusive of gross margin returns in target area (Banjarmasin area)
- Maintaining a regular sales call schedule (weekly / monthly) and recording daily sales call records.
- Management of multiple distributors and key accounts receivable (debtors) ensuring collection is within advised management guidelines
- Accurate preparation of sales orders ensuring all are forwarded to Sales Administration in time to to meet customer delivery requests
- Supervise & manage distributors to achieve sales and operation activity
- Capable dealing with customer & distributor
Requirements:
- University/S1 Degree (Management, Business, Food Technology, Hotel & Tourism, or Economic is preferred).
- Mature, work independently, self motivated personality.
- Have selling experiences for at least 5 years with either Industrial Food Products, Bakery, food services (Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterings / FMCG) is preferred.
- Experienced in business to business in food sector
- Able to demonstrate a strong performance records in the sales field.
- Computer literate. (Excel, Windows, Power point)
- Good organizational, planning abilities and interpersonal communication
- Good health, willing to travel and full of initiatives.
