Main Responsibilities:
- Develop & strategize a comprehensive yearly marketing plan to enhance brand image, improve positioning in the market, boost traffic to stores, and ensure qualified outputs across all platforms.
- Setting up the metrics and improvement plan based on current performance.
- Make sure the approved budget used effectively & efficiently and report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly based. prepare the evaluation reports to be presented to management with suggestions to improve.
- As a key person on behalf the brand towards the media; partners; and other 3rd party.
- Develop and maintain the good relationship with stake holders & the principal.
- Managing, directing and oversee each personnel team to ensure deliverables in a timely manner.
- Proper transfer knowledge to all personnel(s) to ensure individual growth.
- Evaluate each personnel performance on quarterly based through KPIs review.
General Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree holder from any major
- At least 5-8 years of experience in the same or related position
- Experienced in handling multi-brands or principals.
- Detail oriented
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Excellent English communication skill
