Head Of Sales Of Marketing

Join our team at IdScore, the leading private credit bureau in Indonesia, also known as PEFINDO Credit Bureau. We are a Credit Information Management Institution (Lembaga Pengelola Informasi Keuangan) and currently we are seeking a highly talented and experienced Head of Marketing and Sales to lead our marketing and sales strategies and activities.

In this senior management position, you will be responsible for creating and directing all sales & marketing strategies, including B2B and B2C marketing communication strategies. You will also be leading the sales activities related to both segments, ensuring financial targets are met, and managing compliance requirements. You will also be leading the team to develop and implement the organization business strategy to achieve financial targets, as well as building effective networks across business areas to increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

• To lead and direct sales and marketing team to achieve organization financial targets, ensure smooth business process, operation, control and compliance.
• To plan, direct, and monitor all marketing and sales strategies activities (B2B and B2C) from operational to financial aspects, including marketing communication strategy (ATL and BTL).
• To set goals and milestones for Sales and Marketing team and monitor the achievement of Sales and Marketing team and coach the team to continously improve their performance
• To plan and lead all marketing and promotion activities to enhance company brand and reputation.
• To lead Sales & Marketing team to build effective networks and partnerships across financial services industries and professional bodies to foster long-lasting partnerships

Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 15 years of progressive experience within Sales & Marketing in Banking/ Financial Services/ Fintech Industry with minimum 7 years in senior management position
• Strong marketing and sales management track record, experience in B2B solutions sales would be a plus
• Understanding of Indonesian financial industry especially related to credit
• Understanding of retail and corporate banking business
• Understanding of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with financial services
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent in written and spoken communication skills in English
