Head Of Sales Planning & Performance

Job Description :

1. Develop and implement sales planning and performance targets and initiative
2. Perform monitor and analyze sales pipeline VS order kick-in
3. Perform monitor sales achievement based on potential revenue VS current revenue
4. Identify sales performance measures to track effectiveness
5. Analyze billable accounts and payment status
6. Evaluate sales achievements to create sales strategies in the future

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree, in any major
2. Minimum have 5 years of working experience working at a Cellular Operator/ ISP/ Network Provider as a Business Analyst or a function relevant to Revenue analysis
3. Experience working in Data Analysis and Executive Reporting: Business Performance
4. Experience in handling End-to-End sales order and performance process
5. Have experience working in preparing Business Planning and Project P&L is a added value
6. Work Location : South Jakarta
