Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
•Conduct inspections of rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to brand standards.
•Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance issues promptly.
•Assist in training and onboarding new housekeeping team members.
•Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
•Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, and place orders as needed.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
