Housekeeper Villa

Job Opportunity: Live-in Housekeeper for Large 3 Bedroom Villa

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the villa is well-maintained and report any issues to the villa manager promptly.
- Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain a pristine living environment.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing and occasional ironing.
- Assist with occasional errands such as purchasing items for the villa and picking up laundry.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a small hotel or villa setting.
- Ability to drive a motorbike for occasional errands.
- Good Basic proficiency in English is essential for communication with tenants.
- Experience working with foreign tenants is a plus.
- Basic cooking abilities are desirable.

Package:
- Salary will be determined based on whether live-in accommodation is provided.
- Bonus incentives when the villa is occupied.
- Annual leave entitlement of 12 days, provided after one year of employment.
- Public holidays based on the candidate's religious calendar.
- One day off per week (Sunday).THR on Nyepi/Xmas/CNY depending on the candidate's religion, prorated for less than one year of employment and full for employees with over one year of service.
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan coverage provided.
- Live-in accommodation is provided on-site.
