Bachelor’s degree with min. 1-3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment or HR consultancy.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, or similar software.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and other HR-related systems is desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, perform statistical analyses, and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear and concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques to enhance HR analytics capabilities.
Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices for handling sensitive HR data.
Willing to work on a 1-year-contract based on a Hybrid working arrangement (2x per week WFO in Bintaro)
