HR Data Analyst
* Permanent
* Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a luxury retail brand who are looking for a HR Analyst to work in collaboration with the HRIS and People Data Lead to work on the continuous improvement of the HR System and HR reporting and dashboards.
About the role:
* Creating HR dashboards and reports both planned and adhoc.
* Leading on gender pay gap reporting.
* Giving analysis, commentary and highlighting trends for HR reports.
* Troubleshooting and day-to-day maintenance of the HR System (Dayforce).
* Continuous improvement of the HRIS and identifying needs of system efficiency.
* Supporting the team with providing data needed for the annual salary and bonus reviews.
About the candidate:
* Highly analytical with advanced excel skills.
* Prior experience working with HR Systems.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and experience handling confidential data.
* Experience using SQL.
