Knowledge and Skills

1. Must have excellent organizational skills and strong initiative.
2. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
3. Excellent management skills: Planning, organizing, resourcing, directing, monitoring, and communicating.
4. Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
5. Excellent knowledge of all HR activities including job structure, recruiting, job performance evaluation, salary structure, and employee benefits programs.
6. Excellent knowledge of contract structures and provisions.
7. At least 4 years of relevant experience
