Uraian Tugas

Job Summary:

The HR General Affair is responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's daily activities. This role involves overseeing vehicle documentation renewal, procurement of office supplies, acting as a point of contact for computerization-related issues, handling company correspondence, managing initial monthly payments, ensuring administrative and legal paperwork for external collaborations, monitoring the expiration of company legal documents, and facilitating barcode generation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the renewal process for STNK (Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan), Pajak (tax), and KIR (Kendaraan Inspeksi Rutin) for company vehicles.

- Manage the procurement of office supplies (ATK - Alat Tulis Kantor) to ensure smooth operations within the company.
- Act as a primary point of contact for issues related to computerization within the company, liaising with relevant stakeholders to resolve any technical issues.

- Handle company correspondence, including drafting, receiving, and distributing letters and emails as necessary.

- Manage the initial monthly payments for utilities such as electricity, water, telephone, and contributions (Kamsi).
- Assist in completing administrative and legal paperwork necessary for collaborations with external parties, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.

- Monitor and track the expiration dates of various legal documents pertaining to the company and provide timely reminders for renewal.

- Facilitate the generation of barcodes as required for company processes or products.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

- Freshgraduate is welcome to apply

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite.

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and procedures regarding vehicle documentation and company legalities.
