Responsibilities

1. Support for project activities or project related to people organizational development & culture company.

2. Support for manage HR administrative document and HRIS system.

3. Support for recruitment and another HR process.

Requirements

1. Undergraduate last semester or fresh graduate of Industrial Engineering.

2. Interested with data analysis.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, power point and Google Workspace).

4. Through and detailed with numbers and data.

5. Has a good communication skills.
