As an HR Operational Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and ensuring smooth process of day-to-day HR operational matters
- Maintaining master roster database, keeping track of in-and-out of site status of personnel
- Performance Appraisals documents and data collections
- Creating and issuing working contracts
- Ad-hoc projects to back up other HR supervisors in events of leave and resignation
- On and off-boarding program controls
A successful candidate must possess:
- Previous experiences in gold, coal, or nickel mining companies
- Minimum 5 years in HR operational
- Data driven and experiences in creating contracts and employee data
- Previous experiences in handling roster system
- Willing to work on Saturday (Half-Day)
- Willing to do business trips to site
- High attention to details
