Job Qualifications  :

1. Bachelor degree graduate majoring in Psychology
2. Min. 3 years of experience as HR Recruitment
3. Ability to conduct psychological testing tools
4. Familiarity with job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn )
5. High attention to detail & communicative
6. Minimum passive English is required (English Fluency is a plus)

Job Description

1. Responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish.
2. Handle and manage HR issues such as recording attendance reports, compensation & benefits for all employees.
3. Manage employee database, Employee contract
4. Update and implement all necessary policies and improve policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
5. Ensure the implementation of company policies, SOPs, rules and regulations and monitor employee compliance to align with company objectives and employee needs.
6. Handle employee issues both through counseling and application of disciplinary actions, terminate and other matters related to employees.
