Hr Spv Recruitment & Expat Documentation

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or and Engineer. Prefer candidates with a master's degree or professional certification in HR Recruiting
2. Strong knowledge of mining business processes (open pit or underground mining) such as mine production, hauling, heavy duty equipment, maintenance, electric, mechanic, and others.
3. Understand also other HR management functions and roles
4. Should have a proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and implementing effective hiring a strategies.
5. Experience in managing recruitment processes, social media, and professional networks.
6. Strong networking skills are beneficial for building relationship with potential candidates, industry professionals, and other relevant contacts.
7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Microsoft Office, and other recruitment software is often required.
8. Previous experiences working internationally or in a multicultural environment is required.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency speaking and writing in English as mandatory.
10. Experience as a Recruiting more than 5 years.
11. Minimum of 3 years of experience in documentation management, immigration services, or related field, preferably with experiences working with expatriate employees.
12. Working at jobsite, Tembagapura, Papua Indonesia.
