JOB REQUIREMENT:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or and Engineer. Prefer candidates with a master's degree or professional certification in HR Recruiting
- Strong knowledge of mining business processes (open pit or underground mining) such as mine production, hauling, heavy duty equipment, maintenance, electric, mechanic, and others.
- Understand also other HR management functions and roles
- Should have a proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and implementing effective hiring a strategies.
- Experience in managing recruitment processes, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong networking skills are beneficial for building relationship with potential candidates, industry professionals, and other relevant contacts.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Microsoft Office, and other recruitment software is often required.
- Previous experiences working internationally or in a multicultural environment is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency speaking and writing in English as mandatory.
- Experience as a Recruiting more than 5 years.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in documentation management, immigration services, or related field, preferably with experiences working with expatriate employees.
- Working at jobsite, Tembagapura, Papua Indonesia.
