Uraian Tugas

Job Descriptions :

1. Identified and determined the annual training program by analyzing training needs (TNA);
2. Conducted Induction Training (for all employees) and Orientation in collaboration with the Recruitment section for new employees’ effective Onboarding process;
3. Created, developed and provided training to employees according to requests, program planning, as well as training methods both external and internal that can support HR development strategies;
4. Proposed a training program for staff-up level employees to management in accordance with the assessment results of the Talent Management program;
5. Evaluating the training that has been held, both evaluating before & after attending the training (Pre test & Post Test) as well as evaluating the material & effectiveness of the training;
6. Controlled work results in accordance with the targets given by the company (KPI) and take the necessary corrective steps;
7. Provided counseling & coaching services to employees (by appointment).

 

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & People Development  is a MUST.
3. Proven hands-on experience in conducting employee assessments and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
4. Proven hands-on experience in conducting employee engagement surveys.
5. A team player with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complexity and prioritizing tasks.
7. High level of maturity and a sense of responsibility.
