• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Min 3 years of working experience in Industrial Relation or HRGA Representative. Experience in handling HR for Distribution is a plus point
• Good leadership, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Ability to multi–task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
