Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 3-year experience in HRGA Position
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HR administration processes such as absence management, employee data management, payroll and employment contract management.
- Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Can speak Japanese
- Willing to work in KIIC – Karawang and can join as soon as possible
Task and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to employees on various HR-related issues, including attendance, sick leave, permissions and other employee concerns.
- Take an active role in key HR functions, including, employee relations, performance management, recruitmment, training and development, benefits administration and HRIS management.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with related divisions to ensure consistent policy implementation across all employees.
- Register and manage BPJS Health Insurance for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely processing of claims.
- Oversee the procurement of stationery, work tools, and operational needs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition to support organizational operations.
- Engage in special projects related to HRGA, such as building renovations, office relocations, or HR management system implementations.
- Facilitate internal communication by deliiver important information to employees, including company announcements and HRGA-related updates.
- Collaborate to maintain company facilities, security and safety measures, inventory management, general services management, and travel and accommodation arrangements.
