Job description:
- Carrying out a comprehensive recruitment process, from job placement to orientation.
- Handling new employee orientation: Induction training, asset handover, contract creation
- Manage company assets and workspace facilities
- Maintaining personnel database (absence, overtime, work schedule, movement of people, leave) & HRIS
- Responsible for the procurement process for office needs
- Support and handle all aspects of Industrial Relations such as company regulations, disciplinary cases & complaints, including Employee Relations
- Handle off-boarding for employees who resign
- Manage and ensure employee tasks run smoothly and according to procedures
- Prepare and provide related reports, other supporting activities in the field of human resources to users.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably from Law, Management, Human Resources or related major
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Human Resources & General Affairs
- Male or female with a maximum age of 30 years
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Willing to undertake regular business trips
- Proficient in Ms. Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot, etc.)
- Have good knowledge of HR & General issues (such as asset handling, recruitment, database management, etc.)
