Human Capital Services Lead

Qualifications:

1. Age between 35 – 45 years old 
2. Bachelor’e Degree or Master Degree of Psychology or Management or similar
3. Having minimum 10 years of working experience in Human Capital Services area from Ammonia, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and/or Large Multi-National Manufacture company.
4. Having minimum 5 years of working experience as Human Capital Manager or Assistant Manager
5. Having advance knowledge of HC Management & HC Development, Competency Management System, Government Labor Regulation, Employee Compensation & Benefit, Organizational Skill & Commitment, Strategic thinking, etc
6. Must have good communication, presentation, negotiation, leadership, time management and problem-solving skills
7. Fluent in English both spoken and written
8. Placement in Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster system
