Human Resource (Hr) Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
2. Develop and implement HR policies process
3. Understanding of SOPs and Compliance.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Management/Human Resource (or equivalent)
2. Have knowledge of Psychological Test and Assessment.
3. Have knowledge of MS Office suite & HR systems (e.g. SAP, payroll system)
4. Able to speak and write English proficiently (Able to speak Korean would be preferable). 
5. Placement Cikarang (GIIC).
