- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement HR policies process
- Understanding of SOPs and Compliance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Management/Human Resource (or equivalent)
- Have knowledge of Psychological Test and Assessment.
- Have knowledge of MS Office suite & HR systems (e.g. SAP, payroll system)
- Able to speak and write English proficiently (Able to speak Korean would be preferable).
