- Cooperate with personnel recruitment, develop recruitment plans, and be able to complete them in a timely manner
- Maintain employee relationships, control labor risks, and address employee inquiries
- Improve the salary and welfare system and plan.
- Conduct performance evaluation, attendance, and onboarding training
Requirement
- At least 2 years of HR work experience
- Having worked in live streaming related industries is a priority
- English can be used as the working language
