Requirements:
Bachelor's degree of psychology or related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Strong ethics and reliability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Descriptions:
Assist in sourcing candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and assist in the selection process.
Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and databases.
Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
